I use all natural fibres in my creations. All items are crafted with Australian Cotton sting and rope.

All custom creations are based on the individual requests. It will depend on size and intricacy of the design requested and if additional materials are to be ordered in for the artwork. I will do my best to address this in initial correspondence.

As each macrame item is lovingly handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

If parts of the macrame get tangled that are not meant to be knotted. You can easily give it a little shake to untangle, make sure not to pull to hard as other knots may become loosened. Keeping your artwork dusted and clean will ensure it stays in the best shape and last a long time.
